1. Honesty
A lot of hosts will make up all kinds of excuses and blame everyone else but them including the customer when they know that they made the mistake. We promise never to lie to you and and always be upfront about any problems including occasional blunders of our own.
2. Reliability
We take pride in providing the best hosting we can which means we are constantly making sure our servers are up to take and working smoothly so we find issues before you even notice them. Fixing potential issues before they happen is called proactive server monitoring and maintenance while the other guy will offer reactive monitoring and maintenance while you are left filling out support tickets just to let them know of the problem.
If we do have a service provider outage rest assured we are on the phone yammering at our service provider trying to figure out what happened and how soon it will be fixed so we can keep you informed on the progress they are making. A lot of hosting providers wouldn't even admit there was an outage.

Our servers are connected using 100Mbit or 1000Mbit up-links to our provider's switched network. Through our provider we get connectivity to four different networks to maximize our availability and speed.

12. Data Center
Our servers are hosted in a precision-controlled environment that includes raised floors, air conditioning, and power systems. Access to the data center is carefully restricted to authorized personnel 24 hours a day seven days a week to ensure your data is protected.
13. Overselling?
We promise that we won't stuff our servers to the brim with customers like some other hosts do in order to convince customers that they can have "unlimited" resources. Don't they know this simply isn't possible? We keep the customer to server ratio as low as possible to ensure that your sites are responsive day or night.
